Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to effectively position the business and its services.

Project Management:

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery of all interior design projects.
• Work closely with project managers to address challenges and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing guidance and solutions to meet their design and functional goals.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the commercial interior design industry, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage high-profile projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and project execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
