Senior Manager/ Head of Artificial Intelligence

Your company

A leading organisation is looking for an experienced individual to join the team. You will play a crucial role in advancing the AI direction of the company. Your work will focus on developing trending AI solutions in generative AI, considering AI direction and development for the company. Experienced candidates will be considered for the Head of AI position, while less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Director/Senior Manager roles.

Your Role

• Leading AI teams to provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans.
• Lead the development of generative AI solutions, focusing on both software and hardware perspectives.
• Collaborate with technical and domain experts to identify and develop early use cases and prototypes.
• Contribute to ongoing AI initiatives including AI development and projects.

You will need

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is preferred.
• At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI solutions in real-world scenarios, and years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, as well as AI and Machine Learning models.
• Hands-on experience with AI hardware benchmarking, agentic AI, or embodied AI is highly desirable.
• Strong AI knowledge, with a solid understanding of generative AI principles and development practices.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
