Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner (GHRBP) serves as a key strategic advisor and consultant to Senior/Regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment between Group HR strategy and local execution. This role drives HR initiatives to enhance talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement and provides guidance to local markets. The GHRBP acts as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned business units/functions, facilitating collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to implement best practices and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, has experience with facilitation, and enjoys working with systems like Power BI and SuccessFactors. Join our team and play a critical role in supporting our business units and driving HR excellence across the organization.

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global HR Business Partners to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the two Business Units.
  • Talent Management: Assist the Group HRBPs with planning and preparation for the annual talent cycle.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, selective audits of objectives to ensure SMARTness, performance reviews, and development planning for identified key talents.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize Excel and our Dashboards to analyze HR data and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators.
  • Presentations: Create, and occasionally, deliver presentations to communicate HR initiatives and updates to stakeholders.
  • Building the HR community (Focus in Asia) by arranging monthly calls combining top-down and bottom-up topics.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives (Fantree Awards, Inclusive Leadership) fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work on different BU-led projects such as Sales incentives, Learning Needs analysis, etc.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • 10+ years in HR Business Partnering and/or HR-COE roles, preferably with exposure leading cross-country teams.
  • Able to work independently and in a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, including project scoping, execution, and post-implementation monitoring.
  • Strong business acumen and broad exposure on HR processes and solutions.
  • Very good project management and change management skills.

Education

  • Degree in HR or Business Management, combined with at least eight years of experience in a business partnering role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
