We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager to drive global revenue insights for Audio and New Category globally, as well as Revenue Performance for EMEA region. This is a matrix role which will have global oversight of Audio and New Category performance, as well as regional depth of P&L optimisation.
This role will be critical in shaping our global Revenue growth strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and translating data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels. You will work cross-functionally across Regions, the Audio Business Unit, New Category Business Unit and with stakeholders in the business to ensure that Revenue goals are met and shaped with data-driven insights.
8-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably within a global or regional remit.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of P&L and ability to review Cost of Acquisition strategies and activation.
Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau.
Ability to story tell with clear narratives with proficiency in PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of the Audio or Personal / Health Care industry and its commercial landscape.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful market strategies.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships.
MBA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in global roles, particularly in a matrixed organisation.
Experience with Dyson products, categories or similar premium, high-tech consumer goods.
