• Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

• Salary: up to $15,000 (depending on experience)

Senior Manager (General Affairs, Construction Industry, Japanese speaking)

Our client, one of the largest construction companies in Japan, has been looking for a Senior Manager who can assist the Singapore Branch in all the corporate functions.

Job Description:

General affairs

1. Launch new businesses not only in Singapore but also in other sites
2. Manage and supervise local staff
3. Establish construction site offices and dormitories for staff
4. Support establishing relationships with neighboring countries
5. Attend ceremonies and respond to public relations
6. Other ad-hoc duties if needed

Marketing

1. Conduct market research for potential countries and projects

Bidding

1. Responsible for bidding activities for future projects

Accounting

1. Handle budget creation and performance management for site management expenses
2. Support accounting settlements
3. Confirm construction contract details
4. Manage payment of construction costs and other expenses settlement jobs

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of managing staff
2. Experience in the same industry is a great advantage
3. Willing to independently handle a wide range of tasks such as general affairs, human resources and labor affairs, accounting, legal affairs, etc. and business travels
4. Business level of Japanese language ability to communicate with their HQ in Japan
