Senior / Manager, Finance Business Partner (GC/SW)

Purpose of the Job:
Support Cyber Business Areas (3 Legal Entities) and operating units related to Financial Profitability & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Controlling projects and tasks.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Main “go to” person to interface and advise business leaders (HoDs) on a full spectrum of broad Finance areas including, but not limited to, any business topics affecting financial performance, managing net working capital, treasury, taxation, new business ventures, etc.
2. Management reporting and KPI measurement for financial targets to be aligned with business outcomes, financial reporting, and net working capital management.
3. Coordinate and lead Forecast and Planning including 5-year Plan.
4. Liaise with auditors both internal and external.
5. Be well versed in Financial Reporting Standards and it is critical to be able to apply the FRSes for the respective financial books under purview.
6. Ensure tax computation and submission aligned with tax accounting.
7. Cash flow projection.
8. Continuous improvement projects – to support the business.
9. Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.
2. At least 5 years of Financial Accounting and Business Controlling experience.
3. Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
4. Hands-on and familiar with Project Management / WBS in SAP.
5. Handling and analyzing thousands of WBS data regularly.
6. Strong in Hyperion and SAP.
7. Ability to create multiple high-quality PowerPoint presentations (above 20 slides) for Upper Management with very tight deadlines.
8. Understanding of Contract Assets/Contract Liabilities.
9. Knowledge of Return on Capital Employed (RoCE) concept.
10. Familiarity with the Orderbook concept.
11. Deliver tasks on time with quality as requested.
12. Willingness to work overtime and during weekends (in order to meet deadlines).
13. Able to demonstrate thorough analytical skills.
14. Able to think and work independently with minimum but clear guidance.
