Responsible for the full spectrum of Administration Management of the Company under Singapore which includes but not limited to strategic planning, manpower forecasting, and budgeting, timely preparation and cost control
Responsible to oversee Administration department (Finance, Admin and Human Resource)
Monitor manpower requirements within the Company and ensure minimal disruption of daily operations
Liaise with All departments within the Company and provide administration support
Ensuring all documents versioning up to date within filing system
Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control function
Coach and review the work of Officers
To support reports to HQ Tokyo in Japan on frequent basis
Requirements:
Degree in Economics/Law/Business Studies/Administration or Equivalent
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office including monthly accounts progress reports
Capable of translating reports from English to Japanese or vice versa
