Senior Manager - Finance

Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the organization. This position is responsible for leading budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management while providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions. The Senior Manager will oversee financial processes, tax matters, and treasury management for a group of companies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
• Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, including cash flow management, and analysis of financial performance for a group of companies.
• Provide guidance and support to overseas teams to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement Financial Authority Limits and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee treasury matters, including drawdowns, rollovers, and compliance reporting.
• Manage all tax matters (direct and indirect) for the Group.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor or department head.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a listed company.
• In-depth experience in management accounting and statutory accounts, with strong knowledge of tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, progressive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work within tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Displays a positive attitude, is a team player, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to commence on short notice.
