Job description

What the role is:

The incumbent will join the Finance team at NAC, providing financial insights for organisational strategies and implement policies and procedures for finance and accounting activities.

What you may be working on

  1. Partner internal stakeholders on all budgeting and resource management matters.
  2. Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
  3. Consolidate and assess overall budget requirements at organisation level.
  4. Provide guidance to team members on budgeting and resource management matters.
  5. Contribute to timely month-end closing and prepare/review financial schedules and management reports.
  6. Compile and submit ad-hoc returns to government entities.
  7. Identify and propose process improvements.
  8. Support system enhancements and policy reviews.
  9. Evaluate procurement requests.
  10. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What we are looking for

  1. Knowledge of Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) preferred.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis, financial management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  4. Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Analytical, resourceful, and proactive, results-oriented team player with strong customer focus.
  6. Positive attitude towards continuous learning.
  7. At least three years of relevant experience.
  8. Applicants who require work passes need not apply.
