Reporting to the Country Marketing Director, this role is at the heart of our customer and consumer communications strategy in Singapore. You'll shape narratives, lead integrated campaigns, and build strong brand trust across media, marketing, and PR touchpoints - driving meaningful connections with our audiences.

As a Guru, you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing a holistic customer and consumer communications strategy that supports marketing objectives, drives engagement, and strengthens brand trust and loyalty across all touchpoints.

  • Crafting clear, compelling, and consistent narratives that align with business priorities, reflect brand voice, and resonate deeply with both customer and consumer audiences across owned, earned, and shared channels.

  • Driving integrated communications initiatives across the full marketing funnel - from awareness to retention - including media relations, customer storytelling, executive communications, internal engagement, and issues management.

  • Collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to ensure communications campaigns are insight-driven, measurable, and fully aligned with go-to-market strategies, content planning, and channel activation.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with media, industry voices, and community partners to shape perception, increase share of voice, and create meaningful moments of advocacy and visibility.

  • Owning and executing integrated communication plans around key consumer and customer launches, announcements, and brand moments - bringing marketing rigor, creativity, and discipline to every campaign.

  • Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic counsel on customer and consumer messaging, embedding communications thinking into decision-making and experience design.

  • Leading proactive and reactive communication strategies - including crisis and issues management - to protect and enhance the company's reputation with speed, clarity, and empathy.

  • Measuring impact and continuously optimizing communications efforts using data, feedback, and insights to inform strategy and improve effectiveness.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings proven experience in customer and consumer communications, public relations, or marketing communications - ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Thinks and operates like a marketer - audience-first, data-informed, and outcome-oriented - with a deep understanding of how communication drives brand and business results.

  • Has exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and connect emotionally with diverse audiences.

  • Is a strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings, influencing and partnering across marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams.

  • Has a track record of building effective media strategies, with strong media and influencer relationships and the ability to manage reputational narratives proactively.

  • Is a strategic and agile communicator with crisis communications experience and the ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
