Senior Manager/Director, Tax

Due to tremendous demand within the region, we are looking to hire a Director candidate (depending on experience) in our Tax Practice in Singapore. Our Tax Practice covers all aspects of tax advisory services in Asia, including M&A tax due diligence, tax structuring, general tax advisory services etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or execute a diverse range of complex assignments as well as cross border transactions.
• Carry out tax due diligence, and advise on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
• Address key corporate areas of tax advisory, tax planning and dispute resolution.
• Provide integrated due diligence with our Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement Group teams to the world’s largest and most high profile corporate, private equity and financial investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• 10 years of tax consulting experience – Big 4 experience preferred.
• Possess strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
• Good writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
