Calling out to digital marketing leaders looking to work in a meaningful industry! I'm seeking a people manager with a proven record in developing and driving lead generation campaigns across all online channels. In this highly visible role, you get the opportunity to partner with HQ based in Oceania and influence all in-country campaigns in SEA to drive leads and conversion.

The Role

• Develop all SEA digital marketing strategies across paid and owned channels, such as various social media, corporate websites, EDMs, etc.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEA markets and target segments to effectively translate global strategies into regional and localized strategies.
• Lead, manage, and nurture leads through the website by enhancing SEO, SEM, and web traffic.
• Manage relationships with various teams to support marketing initiatives and maximize reach and impact.
• Drive performance and optimization through CRM and analytics and establish key performance metrics.
• Mentor and build the regional team's capabilities, establish performance metrics, and foster high collaboration.
• Drive revenue outcomes through effective budget management and resource allocations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of proven track record in strategic and hands-on regional digital lead generation.
• At least 3 years of formal people leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in paid and owned channels.
• Possesses business acumen and a commercial mindset.
• Influential and a people person, you have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
