Work closely with the marketing team and media agency to execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to meet KPI, including but not limited to, programmatic buys, display buys, SEO, SEM, PPC ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Work with media agency to set up campaign reporting and drive overall campaign performance
Develop and implement SEM/SEO integrated strategy across keyword management, impression share, CPA etc.
A/B test different marketing strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from digital marketing channels and customer database.
Collaborate with data, tech and consumer insights team to enrich our customer database and build foundational datasource for marketing dashboard.
Proficient with Google analytics tag manager, user attributes and conversion funnel metrics.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings.
Develop marketing dashboards to present data in an easy-to-understand format.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing analytics.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with SQL and familiar with various data sources, database structure and field types.
