Are you a digital communications expert who thrives on creating engaging content and driving impactful campaigns? We are looking for a dynamic storyteller to enhance our digital presence and connect us with audiences on key energy and sustainability topics. In this role, you will shape and execute digital strategies, craft compelling content, and build partnerships to amplify our messaging. Your work will play a key role in shaping how the public connects with energy issues in an increasingly digital world.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance EMA's presence and deepen public understanding of energy issues, ensuring that they are integrated and aligned with EMA's broader communications goals and objectives.
  2. Curate and manage engaging digital content across EMA's digital platforms, including website and social media channels, to inform and connect with audiences.
  3. Drive strategic content partnerships by identifying and recommending collaborations with external digital platforms and influencers to expand the agency's reach.
  4. Manage and update EMA's website, ensuring content is regularly updated, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
  5. Liaise with external social media agency to develop compelling content that increases engagement and grows EMA's online community.
  6. Monitor and analyse digital trends, audience insights, and best practices to continually refine EMA's online presence to remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, campaign management, content creation, or related fields.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns that engage and grow audiences across channels.
  3. Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for digital content and storytelling.
  4. Team player with strong project management skills, able to multi-task and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Strong knowledge and understanding of digital platforms, tools (such as SEO, Google Analytics), and trends to evaluate and optimise digital media strategies and tactics.
  6. Pro-active self-starter with proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
  7. Hands-on experience with paid media, social media, search, as well as skills in design, graphic editing, video production, or web design is a plus.
