Job Description

The Senior Manager, Curriculum Operations, will help to drive the Total Learning Plan (TLP) strategy and annual exercise. This role involves managing the Academy-wide finalization and verification of the TLP, developing content based on curriculum strategy, and project managing new customized programs. The role also includes identifying development needs, recommending curriculum requirements, and implementing learning methodologies across multiple Content Partners (CPs) and Training Partners (TPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Deputy Director, Content & Curriculum on TLP strategy and manage the Academy-wide finalisation and verification of the TLP.
  • Develop content based on WoG curriculum strategy for learning & development interventions.
  • Project manage and build new customized programs.
  • Identify and recommend development needs, curriculum requirements, and implement learning methodologies across WoG.
  • Work with Practice Leads, Chapter Leads, FC POCs, and WoG agencies to manage the on-boarding of development interventions.
  • Analyse low enrolment, verify countermeasures, evaluate curriculum changes, and track actions for all programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on course metrics and trends, and report to Academy leads and stakeholders.
  • Recommend COP strategies and arrange speakers for Learning Festival sessions.
  • Track and oversee the mix of programs by CPs and TPs across FCs.
  • Ensure due diligence in provision and verification of work, suppliers' training quote comparisons, and value for money.
  • Identify and onboard Learning Partners for DA and manage social learning programs.
  • Build customized learning programs as needed.
  • Manage stakeholders and produce required reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Education, Human Resource Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in curriculum development, learning and development, or a related role.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in educational or training programs.
  • Proven track record of working with government agencies or in a similar large-scale organizational setting
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
