Job description

We are looking for a superstar content lead (Senior Manager, Content) on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Manager, Content, you will be responsible for leading the development of our campaigns for some of the world’s largest beverage brands, across ASEAN and South Pacific Markets.

What You’ll Do For Us

  1. Responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality creative strategy, ideas, concepts and final creative material for the Brand/Platform Creative Content plan.
  2. Responsible for the progress of Brand/Platform Creative Content plan through the relevant stages of our Marketing development process.
  3. Creation of integrated marketing briefs with key stakeholders (Category leads, Frontline marketing ++) and lead all agency briefings.
  4. Be the lead in influencing the system (Global, OU-Operating Unit, local market) and providing collective feedback to our agency partners to achieve clutter breaking work that works in the market.
  5. Manage the evolution of the storytelling of brands, ensuring consistency through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points.
  6. Manage the development of exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands (as Operating Unit lead) and local brands, anchored on consumer insight.
  7. A creative trend setter mindset – be ahead of the curve in delving into new trends, new formats, technologies and platforms to connect with our consumers.
Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years’ experience working within marketing, advertising or brand communications roles.
  2. A clear understanding of building strong brands, driven by an insight first mindset.
  3. A drive to experiment and learn, leading brands with fresh ideas and experiences.
  4. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
  5. Proven ability to effectively lead the execution of multi touch-point and/or multi market IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) programs.
  6. Adept in cutting edge digital and social.
  7. Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
  8. Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders including agency partners.
  9. Ability to manage budget/cost resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment.
