The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster. He/She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.
DESIGNATION : Senior Manager, Community Hubs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise the Community Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Cluster's overall vision and objectives
- Ensure the programmes in the Community Hubs are run in accordance to funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance. These programmes include drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, Social Enterprises and Employment Development
- Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the Cluster
- Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager, Community Hubs on the management of their programmes
- Oversee the budget planning and execution of the Community Hubs within the Cluster
- Manage the use of resources allocated in the Community Hubs within the cluster
- Review funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community Hubs within the cluster
- Work with the Senior Manager, Regional Hub to ensure that resources with the Cluster are optimised and allocated efficiently
- Develop programmes and services that activate and work with the community partners and resources that drive community interactions between clients and the community
- Renew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of our clients, the caregivers and the community
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Effective and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities
