Job Description
As a key member of the CEO office, you will be responsible for managing projects across multiple functions within Traveloka to support our Chief Executive Officer in decision making and driving the company in the right direction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring connected understanding and strategy across the company and driving initiatives to enhance organizational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive and execute strategic initiatives to ensure implementation of connected strategy across the organization that is well aligned with the company strategic directions.
  2. Collaborate with domain leaders across the organization to identify growth opportunities, develop effective execution plans, and raise the bar for pragmatic roll out.
  3. Become on-demand leadership to drive and execute strategic mission.
  4. Drive special projects as assigned by the CEO or other senior executives, including researching, analyzing, and presenting data to inform decision-making processes.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, while upholding confidentiality and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information.
  6. Assess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavors to completion.
  7. Handle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with domain leaders and managing business administration responsibilities.

Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in business strategy development, corporate strategy, or strategic/management consulting.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields. A Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy's degree is a plus.
  3. Proven ability to manage high-priority projects, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop first principle thinking, evaluate risks, costs, and benefits of initiatives.
  5. Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights to the CEO and other senior leaders.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in navigating uncertainties and mitigating risks in a dynamic environment.
  7. A collaborative and growth mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling day-to-day tasks that require quick decision-making.
