What you will be working on
- Work planning and resourcing: Formulate well-resourced, annual and long-term plan, with clear key performance indicators, in service of corporate vision and whole-of-government outcomes.
- Management of corporate secretariat: Lead and manage the corporate secretariat to facilitate discussion and well-informed decision making by SportSG’s senior management.
- Business partnership and integration: Work with business units to align and enable activities and objectives of business units to support corporate strategy and vision.
- Corporate relationship management: Identify and engage key partners to amplify the impact of SportSG.
What we are looking for
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Basic Degree/ Business Administration / Public Policy or related field.
- Track record in strategic planning, business planning or policy analysis.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of Singapore sport ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
- Excellent oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team.
- Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research).
- Self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.
- A sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. All successful candidates will be offered a standard 2/3-year contract with options for emplacement or renewal.
