Job Responsibilities
Identify and foster strategic partnerships with international university hospitals, institutions, industry collaborators, and relevant agencies.
Oversee the development and management of collaborative projects, academic exchange programs, and joint initiatives.
Assist in negotiating agreements and MOUs with international partners.
Act as the main point of contact for all international collaboration efforts.
Promote the university hospital’s research, innovations, and clinical advancements to potential partners.
Collaborate with internal departments and communication teams to raise the profile of international initiatives.
Plan and manage the coordination of incoming and outgoing international visits and collaborations, ensuring adherence to institutional policies.
Offer insights and guidance on healthcare regulations, landscape, and cultural considerations.
Ensure all collaborations comply with local laws and regulations.
Lead and manage a team within the International Collaboration Office, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Requirements
Administration, or a related field being an advantage.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within a university hospital setting, with at least 5 years focused on international affairs, external relations, or a similar field. Experience in ministries, embassies, research agencies, or enterprises is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of global healthcare trends and expertise in developing international partnerships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Chinese, both spoken and written, is an added advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience in grant, proposal writing and funding opportunities related to international projects.
Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global healthcare policies.
