Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall DCS business objectives and strategies
Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
Analyse compensation trends and review DCS salary and compensation framework, salary structure, allowances, non-monetary recognition. Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations when necessary
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve HR objectives
Support assigned departments and be responsible for the recruitment and managing of employee life cycle which includes on-boarding, employee learning and development, HR administration and off-boarding activities
Oversee conflict resolution and ensure a fair and compliant workplace environment
Manage DCS Talent Management Framework to ensure healthy bench strength by supporting management in identification and development of high potential and high performing employees
Work towards creating a strong Employee Value Proposition for Talent Attraction and Retention and fostering a collaborative, engaging and service oriented culture
Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and transition management
Streamline HR processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative HR practices into the organization
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 10 years of HR experience. Preferably with at least 3 years of experience managing HR team.
Excellent knowledge of local employment law, MOM regulations and HR best practices
Resourceful, self-driven with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong writing, influencing and communication skills
Independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HRIS / Unit4 Prosoft software preferred
