Senior / M&E Resident Technical Officer

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent.
• Min. 7 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Installations.
• Candidates with more experience and who have supervised a team of RTO will be considered for the Senior Position.
• Working experience in Public Projects, Institutions, Infrastructures, High-End Residential or Commercial Buildings is preferred.
• Experience in Addition & Alteration Works.
• Supervision experience in conservation projects will be an added advantage.
• Certification with IES/ACES will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Work together with Site Supervision team.
• Site supervision, quality control, inspection of Mechanical & Electrical Installations.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, code of practices, and Employer’s in-house requirements.
• Keeping site records of all inspections, reinspections, testing & commissioning reports.
• Verification of final test records, certifications, as-built drawings, and handing over documents to Employer.
