Senior/ M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.

2. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.

3. Chair the SWCs Coordination Meetings, Vidual Design Coordination (VDC) meeting and BIM meeting among LTA, Consultants and SWCs.

4. Involve and resolve the technical design issues interfacing with Architecture, Structure, SWCs and M&E systems.

5. Attend E&M interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM.

6. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

7. Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.

8. Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in a construction environment.

9. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/civil engineering industry.

3. Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.

4. Have experience working on large scale projects.

5. Candidate with LTA-MRT experience is an advantage.

6. To be based in project site office.

7. 6 Working Days per week.

8. Working Location: Tampines.
