Senior Associate | M&A PE | Singapore

Our client, an elite law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior M&A PE Associate to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, private equity, and international deal-making within Asia, specifically in Hong Kong or Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and be involved in high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex M&A and private equity transactions.
2. Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
4. Conduct due diligence and coordinate with various stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.

Qualifications:

1. 6+ PQE from top-tier law firms.
2. Extensive experience in handling international deals in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong or Singapore.
3. English proficiency is essential; Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
4. Willingness to relocate to Singapore if not already based there.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on Cravath scale.
