Senior Luxury Watch Technician / Labrador Park MRT

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker and/or Watch Technician.

You are responsible to diagnose, repair and maintain high-end timepieces to attain the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct careful analysis, dismantling, and repair of faulty watch components.
• Perform complete servicing of mechanical and quartz watches, including uncasing, movement intervention, dial/hands fitting, and encasing.
• Apply the best repair method to improve turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
• Support the Service Center by carrying out quick repairs, such as:
• Bracelet adjustments and refinishing.
• Battery replacements and minor servicing for quartz watches.
• Repairs for hand-wound and automatic timepieces.
• Perform basic polishing and refurbishment to restore watches to the expected aesthetic and functional standards.
• Comply with technical guidelines and quality control measures for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment used for watch servicing and repair.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Horological Science, Watch Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong passion and deep understanding of watch movements and complications.
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
