Job Scope

• Managing warehouse and logistics functions globally (both distribution and manufacturing), including warranty returns management.
• Support all trade compliance related issues globally, managing the specific customs requirement, carnet, and FTA.
• Optimize productivity and minimize cost for logistics through process improvement and cost reduction initiatives to cater to the changing business requirements.
• Develop and implement inbound/outbound logistics process enhancement through system automation and process improvement.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Design and set up warehouse operations in compliance with regulations and safety.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Optimize space and manpower through in-source/out-source concepts to ensure warehouse operations can cater to both distributions and production support.
• Drive warehouse processes in the most cost-effective and efficient ways, e.g., Kanban, VMI.
• Leverage available resources to support both manufacturing and distributions through cross-training and job enhancement.
• Interface with all key stakeholders from other departments to understand requirements, changes, and plan the execution of logistics support.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the next level of supervisory positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation with 10 years or more of global experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry required.
• Supervisor experience and stakeholder management required.
• Oracle implementation and/or knowledge will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with streamlining processes and working with cross-department on day-to-day operational processes.
