Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is an established data centre provider and they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in expansion of the team.

Role:

1. Provide legal advice and support to Group operational matters, including compliance, regulatory, project development (including construction and equipment procurement), financing, vendor and customer contracts.
2. Provide legal advice and support to Group’s investment activities, including M&A and JV matters.
3. Assist in corporate secretarial matters of companies within the Group.
4. Instruct and manage external counsel on a variety of legal matters.
5. Any additional adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. LLB and at least 10-15 years PQE is required.
2. Admission to Singapore Bar will be advantageous.
3. In-house and regional experience will be advantageous.
4. Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing construction and procurement contracts will be preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in English.
