Our client, a famous retail brand, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Head of Retail Leasing within South East Asia (Retail Brand).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive long-term growth and profitability across multiple brands and markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure prime retail locations, negotiating lease terms that align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage the existing store portfolio through lease renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and space optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, construction, and operations teams, to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, and real estate partners.
• Monitor and assess landlords’ financial health, asset changes, and investment plans to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on real estate investments and expansion plans.
• Support and mentor Leasing Managers, providing guidance and assisting with complex negotiations.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external engagements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or retail expansion, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable lease terms.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen to evaluate market trends and business cases.
• Proficiency in real estate law, lease agreements, and contract management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term leasing plans.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor and support team members.
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and other relevant business tools.
