The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:
Assist in the discussion with Business Groups to review the Functional Competency Maps
Discuss with Business Groups to develop and implement the Learning Roadmaps
Review with stakeholders to determine the requirements and administer the completion of compulsory training
Organise regular meetings with Business Groups to update the training status and projects
Organise SLNG101 programme and workshop for new hires
Assist to contextualise and implement in-house programmes for People Managers and targeted employees
Discuss with Business Group and internal subject matter experts / external training providers to organise in-house training / sharing sessions
Identify the learning outcomes and develop the agenda with requestors and providers to organise external and overseas visits
Provide advice / coaching to Business Groups on Individual Development Plan and Learning matters
Assist with the facilitation of Train-the-Trainer programmes for OJT developers, trainers and assessors
Administer external course requests for employees on the approvals, course registrations, payments, evaluation and record update in Learning Management System
Lead in the operation and enhancement of SucessFactors and in-house IT systems
Update Learning and Development activities in SLNG Employee Handbook and in-house shared folders
Participate in all internal and external audits
Work Experiences
At least 5 years' relevant experience in L&D role, preferably in Process or Engineering related industry
Strong written and spoken communication skills - able to communicate with impact, clarity and empathy
Have a growth mindset and able to adapt to changes based on the business requirements
Able to build trust and establish credibility by gaining confidence of stakeholders
Prior experience in using SAP SucessFactors CDP and LMS modules will be an advantage
Education Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business or Engineering related from a reputable institution
Certification in Adult Education or Train-the-Trainer is preferred
