Senior KYC/Compliance, Financial Institution (8+ yrs)

Space Exec is partnered with an internationally renowned financial institution in search of a Senior Compliance Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across client onboarding and account management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews, focusing on high-risk and PEP clients.
2. Provide advisory services on KYC compliance and regulatory issues to business units.
3. Address internal and external queries related to KYC, including liaising with IT for system enhancements.
4. Lead ad hoc compliance projects and prepare management reports.
5. Ensure timely identification and resolution of KYC issues to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or recognized professional qualifications in business, accounting, or law.
2. Minimum of 8 years of KYC experience within financial institutions, with strong knowledge of Singapore regulations.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
