Working Timing: 44 Hours/Week (Weekend Shift Needed)

Salary: Basic up to $2,500 with commission

Job Scope

1. Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
2. Contribute to achieving store goals in sales and service.
3. Participate in managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving, or storing stock).
4. Explain the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers.
5. Engage customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs.
6. Deliver premium retail experience by offering excellent after-sales service/follow-up.
7. Cultivate customer relationships to stimulate word of mouth and grow client database.
8. Demonstrate good product knowledge across a variety of brands.
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Store in Charge / Store Manager.
