Senior IT Specialist (Infrastructure)

• Day-to-day administration and support of the client's servers, systems, online services.
• Participate in the design and architecture of the client's infrastructure and systems.
• End-to-end IT project management ensuring projects produce the required results, including planning, monitoring, and implementing the project deliverables within the stipulated timeline.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend purchase, development, or enhancement of hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for servers and systems.
• Monitor server/system performance and troubleshoot problem areas proactively and reactively as needed.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure architecture/systems and configuration.
• Coordinate with other members of the team for business continuance and disaster avoidance/recovery program.
• Perform regular/adhoc patching & hardening of all related servers/systems.
• Manage server-related security implementation and issues.
• Manage Enterprise Backup and Storage solutions.
• Manage vendors for projects and other related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 6 years or above experience in Microsoft 365 and server admin and support (on-premise and cloud).
• Strong hands-on knowledge in the latest version of Microsoft Windows Server/SQL/SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMWare/Veeam Enterprise is a must.
• Working experience of VMWare and Veeam Enterprise solution is required.
• Working knowledge of Wasabi Cloud/Oracle Cloud/SAP is a plus.
