Senior IT Specialist (Business Applications)

Job Description:

This position will be involved in the building and integration of information systems to meet the organization's goal of a fully integrated system. He/She will assess current systems architecture and recommend solutions to improve it. Provide supervision and guidance to application teams. Continual research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed. He/she will be responsible for architecture, design, and quality control with various vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical architecture oversight for the IT systems including architecture roadmap planning and implementation.
• Work with management to spearhead new technology including planning/supervision for the upgrade of our Clinical System which is currently on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015.
• Oversee system interfaces including external agencies (e.g., ILTC, National Electronic Health Record System).
• Provide guidance to application teams on various systems (e.g., Medical, Clinical, Finance, Donation, and others).
• Assist IT Manager in formulating a sustainable workforce to meet increasing IT demands with limited resources.
• Inform various stakeholders about any problems with current technical solutions implemented and propose remedial actions.
• Provide advisory on the business impact of technical choices made.
• Regular updates to stakeholders on the latest technological trends.

Requirements:

• Candidate with 7-10 years of technical experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience in various system design and architecture.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain will be advantageous.
• Experience in integration with external agencies will be advantageous.
