Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the business strategy and roadmap for your respective strategic domain.
3. Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers to ensure project/product deliverables are on track, providing support where needed.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
5. Recruitment & Retention: Participate in hiring process to build a high-performing engineering team and focus on the retention and development of existing team members.
6. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for engineers.

Requirements

1. Min 6 years of relevant experience
2. Proficiency in software development practices and frameworks.
3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
