Senior IT Executive / SQL Network ERP Systems Infrastructure, Hardware, Software

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in IT/ Computer Science with Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL Database.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties.
• Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in IT support tools and technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support 30 end users and handle escalated support requests with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with end-users.
• Ensure high levels of end user satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective support.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and support of ERP system.
• Manage backup strategies for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors.
• Provide high-level technical support for complex issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Perform in-depth analysis and diagnostics to address persistent or challenging technical problems.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority support issues.
• Mentor and guide IT staff, providing support and training on advanced technical issues.
• Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication with affected stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support for system upgrades, installations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
• Implement and manage backup solutions to protect critical data.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

• 10 mins walk from Yellow Circle Line MRT Station.
• Located in Alexandra area; 5 days' work week from 9 am - 6 pm.
• Salary ranges from $5,000 - $6,000 with bonus and staff benefits.
