Job Responsibilities:
Manage IT, Information Security policies and other supporting documents according to applicable regulations (MAS guideline/notices, HO policy, etc.)
Liaise and manage contracts and documents from related service providers such as telephone line, internet line, security system, server room maintenance, and other electrical equipment (e.g., PC, printer, etc.)
Manage IT asset inventory (purchase, registration, disposal, etc.)
Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure security.
Manage access to security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems.
Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance (server, firewall, PC, router, etc.).
Manage system vulnerabilities to ensure governance of IT systems.
Support Business Continuity Management.
Respond to audits (TRM, Head Office, etc.).
Provide assistance and support for IT-related inquiries from employees and management.
Fulfill any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in related fields (software engineering, computer science, or any other related field).
Recognized Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or any other related field.
Proficient with relevant technical skills and knowledge, and possess strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and/or challenge as appropriate.
Solid analytical thinking and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, able to multi-task, and work under pressure.
