Job description
Senior IT Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors), Communications & Information Technology - 11 months contract)
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding).
Conduct user requirement analysis for enhancements, analyse business information needs gathered, translate into requirement specifications, and secure user signoffs.
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users.
Assist with the configuration of SuccessFactors modules and support system upgrades and patches.
Plan, coordinate, conduct and document end to end unit testing and System Integration Test. Support users in User Acceptance Test.
Monitor and resolve system integration issues with other platforms, such as payroll or other systems.
Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
Liaise closely with vendors or team members in application maintenance, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with policies and procedures.
Participate in project implementation activities where required.
Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices regarding system data and user access.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Proven experience with SuccessFactors support and configuration, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding).
Familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors integration points with other business systems like S/4 Hana, Concur and 3rd Party systems.
Knowledge and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and Data Analysis System will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively analyse functional requirements and propose technical solutions.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, both at a functional and technical level.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Experience with system testing, user training, and documentation.
SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
Experience in HR technology and processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency will be an added advantage.
