Senior IT Analyst

The Candidate shall possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

The Candidate shall be proficient in communications with project teams and end-users to gather user requirements, propose solutions, conduct user acceptance testing, provide end-user training, and resolve issues with helpdesk agents and external vendors.

The Candidate shall have a minimum of FIVE (5) years of working experience in the IT industry, with exposure to the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), system analysis and design, application development, and operational support and maintenance.

The Candidate shall have a minimum of ONE (1) year of work experience in Singapore, equipping them with an understanding of user requirements.

The Candidate shall be proficient in C# (NET) or other C-based programming languages (e.g., PHP, PERL, C++).

The Candidate shall be proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS.

The Candidate shall be proficient in SQL technologies like MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent, and be able to write optimized SQL queries or stored procedures.

The Candidate shall be certified in Amazon Web Services (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer).

The Candidate is preferred to be certified in the Microsoft Azure platform.

The Candidate is preferred to have experience or certification in Google Cloud services.

The Candidate is preferred to have experience with container technology like Docker, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.

The Candidate is preferred to have experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, AngularJS, REACT, or equivalent.

The Candidate is preferred to have experience with NodeJS or Python.

The Candidate is preferred to have working experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

The Candidate is preferred to have experience in developing applications using REST-based web services and APIs.

The Candidate is preferred to have working experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

The Candidate is preferred to have working experience in agile projects using SCRUM or equivalent.
