Senior Investment Manager (Private Equity)

My client is an established financial institution renowned for their stable platform and cohesive company culture. They are currently looking for a successful individual to join them in the Investment Management Team.

As the successful individual, you will be working closely with a team of industry veterans. This is a Mid-Senior/Director Level position.

Job Scope:

1. Assist in executing private equity transactions, including deal evaluation, structuring, due diligence, preparing documents for the Investment Committee's review, and handling legal documentation.
2. Track and assess the performance of portfolio companies, providing value-added support where applicable. Offer recommendations to the Investment Committee on key decisions, including exits and restructuring.
3. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or company management as needed.
4. Provide support to the team on special projects and assignments.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of private equity and investment management within the Asia Contingent.
2. At least 10 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
3. Strong experience in handling analysis and dealing with investment projects.
