Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

1. Assisting team leader in his/her duties;
2. Concept proposal, using SketchUp, 3D rendering, or traditional drawing methods;
3. Design development;
4. Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing;
5. Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept;
6. Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports;
7. Motivating team members.

Job Requirements

1. A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.
2. Good knowledge in selection of colors and materials.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and PowerPoint.
4. Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
5. At least 9 years of experience (local or overseas) with a strong portfolio.
6. A proactive and conscientious team player.
