Senior Interior Designer

A new headcount for Senior Interior Designer has just been created within our client in the luxury interior design industry in Singapore.

About the Senior Interior Designer:

In this role, your main responsibility is to lead the design process from concept development to project completion. You will need to understand the client’s needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
3. Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this role, you need to have luxury interior design experience and stay updated on industry trends.

Key Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Architecture is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
3. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
