Senior HR Manager – Local set up $8,000 - $10,000 x 13 months + Bonus
Charterhouse are supporting a Government Linked entity in their search for a Senior HR Manager to provide an excellent Operational and Business Partnering and Project HR service.
Reporting to the HR Director, this will be an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Lead Talent Acquisition end to end, assisting in the liaison with agencies and building a strong talent pipeline.
Lead workforce and succession planning and work closely with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee talent management and development.
Lead the sourcing, bidding and entire implementation of the HRIS upgrade project.
Oversee Performance Management and ensuring that all reviews are managed in a timely manner.
Lead retention program and formulate adequate contingency planning.
Fulfill hiring needs and oversee recruitment.
Manage end to end compensation & Benefits process including salary benchmarking and overall strategy.
Oversee employee relations including disciplinary processes through to resolution.
Enhance HR workflows, policies, productivity initiatives, and promoting a positive work environment.
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and aid in decision making.
Lead relevant HR projects as the business requires.
Attributes
Degree holder in a relevant HR or Business specialism.
Ability to multitask and pivot to meet the needs of the business as it evolves.
Previous exposure in a startup environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
