Job Description:
Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications, and arranging interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies.
Follow up with candidates and/or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee-related letters or memos.
Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.
Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.
Assist in performance review and peer review process on a semiannual basis.
Assist to execute and monitor employee recognition schemes and budgeting.
Review and update employee policies and guidelines in accordance with local employment regulations and company’s procedures.
Check and submit claims such as timesheets, leave/MC applications, transport claims, and other miscellaneous claims for approval.
Manage exit formalities such as exit interviews and handover process.
Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
Provide reports for management review.
Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies and work processes.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Human Resources and operational duties.
Well organized, independent, and solutions-driven individual.
Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous and pay attention to fine details.
