Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, employee engagement & retention.
Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters.
Handle end-to-end work passes related issues such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application, etc.
Process and submit Form IR21, NS make-up claims, and all government paid leave claims in a timely manner.
Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance, etc.
Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
Assist in the coordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
Perform employee orientation, development, and training.
Manage employee relations and facilitate company-employee communications.
Provide necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource and office admin functions.
Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary/pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties and projects delegated from management and superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR and Administration.
Well versed in Singapore’s Employment Act, labour laws, and statutory rules and regulations.
Meticulous, independent, and adaptable to change.
Pro-active, resourceful, meticulous, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
