Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, document verification, and integration into the company culture.
Administer payroll, ensuring timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and any deductions.
Identify skill gaps and recommend or arrange training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and regulations regarding employment practices.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that facilities, supplies, and equipment are in good working condition.
Coordinate office space allocation and manage the overall office environment.
Plan and organize company events, training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Negotiate contracts, manage service agreements, and ensure the smooth delivery of contracted services.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office correspondence, and handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
Possess a Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with 3-4 years of related working experience.
Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
