Senior/HR Systems Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior / HR Systems Specialist. In this role, you will assist the Manager in overseeing HR Technology projects and play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse HR users' business requirements and processes
2. Review and recommend solutions to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs
3. Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues raised by HR users
5. Address staff queries related to HR systems, including troubleshooting and providing solutions
6. Escalate issues according to the support structure when necessary
7. Assist HR users with operational needs and guide them in optimising HR systems
8. Review work processes using Lean and 5S methodologies
9. Explore innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
10. Develop tools to improve business processes
11. Conduct periodic audit on system user security access

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR business environment, preferably with Human Resource Information Systems
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage
5. Collegial and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team or independently
6. Self-motivated with the initiative to complete assigned tasks and monitor project timelines
