The objectives of the position are:
a) to manage a team of HR professionals and provide a broad ranging end to end HR Operations service to a Company comprising around 1000+ colleagues
b) to lead and develop the Corporate Travel function of Lidl & Kaufland Asia, be accountable for leading all people, processes, technology, and strategy.
