Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner [Public Healthcare]

Job Summary

• Location: Central Region

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
• Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.
• Drive people engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention.
• Partner with leaders for identification of successors and talents for business-critical roles and organization's talent profiles.
• Facilitate performance moderation and discussions with leadership.
• Lead in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters and develop a positive working relationship with the union.
• Guide senior leaders and HR team members in handling complex performance and disciplinary matters.
• Lead and undertake complex investigations when required, collaborating with legal and other teams as necessary.
• Guide peers and team members in conflict resolutions and grievance handling processes.
• Facilitate negotiation, conflict resolution, and grievance meetings with stakeholders to achieve mutually agreed outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Min 15 years of related HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business / HR Management.
