Job Description Summary

Act as the Senior HR Manager providing HR support to the client group Business Leaders and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Has knowledge of best practices and how HR integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Roles And Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing employees from several business units within Singapore Component Repair site.
  2. First point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
  3. Support and coach people leaders on topics such as talent development, recruitment, performance management, organization design and hiring.
  4. Execute HR policy/strategy.
  5. Lead complex projects and ensure consensus amongst the team.
  6. Use judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
  7. Ability to prioritize information for data analysis and handle sensitive issues.
  8. Build relationship and key interface with external partners (i.e., government agencies, educational institutions).

Required Qualifications

  1. 7 - 10 years of experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent discipline from an accredited university.
