Responsible to lead and manage key HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and career development.
Drive performance review processes and support goal-setting initiatives and provide coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement.
Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning for Exempt employees.
Drive HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance.
Proactive in proposing HR strategies and policies that support employee initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Possess analytical skills to drive results through data and recommend strategies for improvement.
Provide guidance and advise on matters relating to the HR policies and processes and to always ensure compliance with the labor laws.
Provides oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
At least 7 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Enjoys working in a team, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, a self-starter, embraces changes, energetic and has a flexible mindset.
